Job Responsibilities:
∎ To acknowledge and answer customers’ inquiries using the standard guidelines.
∎ To follow up on orders and ensure on-time delivery as per customer category.
∎ Check the order status before the delivery date and communicate any disconnects to the planning and subsequent departments.
∎ Ensure respective delivery locations are covering the daily delivery schedules in coordination with the Supply dept.
∎ To do cross-check every single order to avoid/minimize errors.
∎ Closely follow up on complaints with the quality department & ensure the replacement is delivered in the stipulated time.
∎ To keep all official records related to the nature of the job. Maintain up-to-date customer files, price files claims
∎ Prepare daily, weekly & monthly reports as and when required.
∎ Develop and manage relationships with production and other departments to meet the ultimate objectives.
∎ To work closely and cooperatively with all team members to maximize the potential and collectively achieve the organization's objectives.
∎ Providing a high level of customer service with aim of exceeding the customers’ expectations, ensuring that both internal and external customers received a quick response to their queries.
∎ To make sure that all customers’ queries are well-investigated and resolved.
∎ To escalate queries to the supervisor if appropriate.
∎ To provide backup to the team manager when required.
∎ Communicate issues to the team manager when needed.
∎ Any other work as and when assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 34 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Positive, Self-motivated, Honest, Dedicated, detail-oriented & possessing a good memory.
∎ Able to work in a team
∎ Possessing a positive attitude
∎ Capable to handle multiple tasks & able to work under pressure
∎ Must be an expert in Advance Excel

Salary:
∎ Tk. 25000 - 35000 (Monthly)
∎ Maximum Salary is 35,000/- depending on candidate credentials.
