Job Responsibilities:
∎ Customer Service & Satisfaction:
∎ ? Support bKash Care to ensure Customer Satisfaction though efficient customer service
∎ ? Monitor SLA timeline of customer service request for each bKash Care.
∎ ? Motivate front end service executive to uphold company image through customer satisfaction.
∎ ? Educate front end service executives to understand products & campaigns, Registration & transaction complicacy, Fraud attempts & victim’s sufferings, Noncompliance initiatives etc.
∎ ? Regular or Ad-hoc reporting as per requirement.
∎ Development:
∎ ? Initiate and drive for automation and development related activities.
∎ ? Assist in identifying and developing different service processes.
∎ Reporting:
∎ ? Incident Solution Status
∎ ? Voice of customer Reporting
∎ ? Service level status
∎ ? Weekly / monthly / yearly reporting
∎ Leadership:
∎ ? On job leadership practice for developing internal Team Members & external Operational stakeholder team
∎ ? Plan mechanism to motivate team for self-development & trigger enthusiasm
∎ ? Set example by outperforming core job

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in Customer service preferably in Customer Center Operation and Coordination
∎ Technical knowledge: Relevant Applications & basic computer knowledge of office & internet
∎ Training: Professional training program on customer communication & process development is preferred but not mandatory.
