Job Responsibilities:
∎ Listen and respond to customers' needs and concerns.
∎ Resolve customer complaints via phone, email.
∎ Provide first level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues.
∎ Properly escalate unresolved queries to technical & Sales team and Concerns.
∎ Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution.
∎ Maintain database of product and services users/customers accordingly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Care, Customer Relationship Management.
∎ The Applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): ISP, IT.
∎ Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
∎ Able to promptly answer support related email, phone calls and other electronic communications.
∎ Proficient in Internet related applications such as E-Mail clients and Web Browsers.
∎ Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
Salary: Tk. 14000 - 16000 (Monthly)
