Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepares TT based reports in different frequency (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, etc.) or on ad hoc basis for various functions and management.
∎ Conducts meetings with relevant functions to present analytical reports to help in taking improvement measures.
∎ Actively engages to follow up the action items of MoM for faster implementation/resolution.
∎ Circulates the scheduled reports on time to help management in further analysis and decision taking.
∎ Collaborates with software development team for improvement/optimization of tools.
∎ Addresses network performance issues and contributes through expert opinion.
