Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Mechanical/Marine Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Project sales
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Be responsible for increasing market share by selling services and turnkey solutions to both existing and potential clients.
∎ Acquire EPC projects focusing mainly on diesel & gas generators (not limited to own brands).
∎ Develop market activities and team for professional handling of projects, timely completion to ensure clients’ satisfaction, reduce cost & improve time management.
∎ Bringing both existing and prospective customers under Annual Maintenance Contract / Customer Service Agreement.
∎ Acquire Operation and Maintenance (O&M) contracts from Industries, corporate clients (Banks, Group of Companies etc.)
∎ Assist Service & Spares team to get more service jobs and help selling the spares.
∎ Oversee workshop activities and ensure optimum utilization of available resources to increase revenue from workshop(s).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have 7 years experience in working with diesel/hfo/gas engines with other equipment, basic knowledge on industrial operation and ability to coach others on them.
∎ Possess extensive market exposure and connection for project sales.
∎ Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
∎ Strength in problem solving, focused and ability to work in a target driven work environment to get more projects.
∎ Strong leadership and team building skills.
∎ Sound knowledge in MS Office
