Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing daily purchasing activities, supervising staff, and allocating tasks.
∎ Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc.
∎ Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.
∎ Coordinating with store to determine and manage inventory needs.
∎ Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.
∎ Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets.
∎ Developing and implementing purchasing strategies.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong understanding of the market conditions and trends
∎ Must have excellent negotiation skills
∎ Good communication skills.
∎ Must have good relation with local & international materials, machineries & equipment suppliers.
∎ 10-12 years of experience with at least 3 years in similar role & 5 years in Spinning/Textile & Chemical sector.
