Educational Requirements:
∎ BA/ MA/ BBA/ MBA/ Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com).
∎ Bachelor/ Masters in any Discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have a good knowledge of Export/Import policy and VAT.
∎ To prepare all documents of Export, C&F & Logistic activities.
∎ Ensure proper L/C opening, documents retirement and any other foreign exchange related jobs up to the standard of the organization
∎ To maintain liaison with supplier, C&F and customs and ensure the best bargain
∎ To handle port & custom's operation effectively.
∎ Must be able to calculate VAT, Tax, AIT or any other issues related to commercial activities.
∎ To Communicate with different govt. regulatory bodies.(Vat office, port authority, NBR, City corporation, BEPZA , EPB and Customs etc. )
∎ To communicate with different Banks and processing Import and Export.
∎ Must be able to work independently with honesty as a team leader of Commercial department.
∎ Developing team members and supervise the team to ensure that in absence of him the juniors can handle any situation related to commercial activities.
∎ Should ensure the interest of the company first at all business dealings or negotiations, any deviation may trigger instant termination process with penalty.
∎ Deal various financial activities and ensure cost minimization
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Commercial, Export/ Import through L/C, Freight Forwarding/ C&F
∎ Computer literacy must. Computer skills in MS-Office, Windows OS.
∎ Strong oral and written communication skill both in Bengali and English for international correspondence.
∎ Self - motivated, confident and proactive.
∎ Should possess very good Knowledge of International and Local laws regarding Import & Export to & from Bangladesh.
∎ Good knowledge of commercial activities in export & import.
Salary: Negotiable
