Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidates must have Bachelors/ Masters from any discipline with minimum CGPA 2.5/2nd class/ division or equivalent result in all academic examinations from any reputed university.

∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identification and development of new initiatives & contributing to specific enterprise growth in collaboration with respective enterprise management teams.
∎ Oversees the growth initiatives within the portfolio, supporting managers to develop and implement effective strategies and operational plans, ensuring timely activity and budget implementation.
∎ Oversee financial management of "growth and organizational development projects" and other initiatives within the portfolio, including managing business modelling and approval of the project and relevant budgets for new initiatives.
∎ Oversee strategic direction of individual enterprises and work with enterprise management in developing long-term and annual business plan and growth direction.
∎ Supports project/initiative managers to manage implementation in line with appropriate quality standards, including ensuring technical support needs are identified and addressed
∎ Providing strategic guidance and management oversight to the individual BRAC enterprises operations managers, projects and initiatives grouped in this portfolio and also advise enterprises with value chain component (e.g., agriculture, food production, crafts and furniture) that are not directly related
∎ Close coordination and collaboration with all enterprise teams to ensure learning, market data collection and management process to maximize cohesion and effectiveness of future decision making process
∎ Provide strategic inputs to the leadership team and oversee implementation of long-term organizational development investment (e.g. automation of business and resource planning process etc.)
∎ Maintain liaison and communication with donor/ client and ensuring quality and timely reporting to donors and others liaison a needed
∎ Collaborated with other BRAC initiatives and explore investment opportunities for new business initiatives as per strategy unit projects plan
∎ To analyse and presenting financial information (e.g. revenues, expenditures and other OPEX) to ensure all operations are within budget.
∎ To identify variances between actual and budgeted financial results at the end of each month and report to each enterprises management the reasons for variances with a possible specific solution.
∎ To engage in ongoing cost reduction analyses in all areas of the Enterprises
∎ To interpret the company's financial results to management and recommend improvement activities
∎ To prepare a financial feasibility analysis report before any capital investment takes place.
∎ To calculate various financial ratios that justify the company's financial results and report to management.
∎ To prepare estimations, return on investments and cost-benefit analysis for requests of each enterprise's new projects.
∎ To consider business need, any other responsibilities as assigned by the Sr. Management.

∎ Must have strong communication and presentation skills
∎ Solution driven, smart, approachable and possesses the ability to work with people from different backgrounds
∎ Must have to skill of multitasking
∎ Must have to work under pressure
