Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement TQM policies procedures and best practices for real estate projects and excellent communication, teamwork and leadership skills.
∎ Ensure quality control measures are followed in construction, procurement, and project execution.
∎ Review and understand construction plans, specifications and drawings.
∎ Conducts regular inspections of the construction activities to identify deviations/non conformances at an early stage of the activity.
∎ Communicates all quality related improvement matters.
∎ Conducts inspection of work done outside the project site such as fabrications shops, plants, etc. to ensure implementation of quality control.
∎ Accountable for the quality and quality of every activity, precise knowledge of all aspects of engineering construction relating to Civil, Architectural, Structural discipline interfacing the multidisciplinary processes.
∎ Develop and determine all standards to perform inspections and tests on all procedures, oversee all testing methods, and maintain high-quality standards for all processes.
∎ To check the MIS reports.
∎ Monitor construction activities for compliance with plans and specifications.
∎ Perform basic quality control inspections of materials and workmanship.
∎ Prepare and maintain progress reports and documentation.
∎ Stay up-to-date on relevant building codes and safety regulations.
∎ Learn and use construction software, tools, ERP software/online process.
∎ Focus on specific areas like concrete testing, welding inspections or electrical systems verification.
∎ Strong understanding of all type construction materials and methods.
∎ Knowledge of relevant building codes and regulations.
∎ Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
∎ Proficiency in quality control inspection techniques.
∎ Problem-solving and analytical skills.
∎ Identify and report discrepancies in payments, pricing, and billing errors.
∎ To perform any other jobs as assigned by the management as and when required.
