Responsibilities & Context:

Pattern Design & Grading.

Work out the most efficient consumption for all buyers' styles using CAD.

Arrange style-wise pattern designing to ensure zero error cutting.

Must have experience in Woven and knit all items (Jackets, Blazer, Shirts, Pant, Hoodies, etc)

Verify & check the patterns to ensure the accuracy of the measurements of the garments.Maintain

CAD document archive and retrieval for projects CAD Software inventory.

Able to check fitting samples on the dummy & make modifications pattern correctly.

Able to check suppliers grading & modify shape to avoid size set rejection.

Should know pattern Making/Grading/Cutting.

Should Know Garments construction.

Should able to do technical troubleshooting.

Should have the ability to do fittings and solve fitting problems.

To communicate with the merchandisers and buyers.

To communicate with the local office for technical issues.

To ensure the sample quality before sending it to the buyer.

The capability of working as a Sample room in charge and look after entire process

Any other job as assigned by the management from time to time.
