Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Minimum ability to ensure 5-7 field force's sale per month.
∎ Achieve Monthly Target
∎ Achieve the monthly & yearly sales target.
∎ Disseminate scientific information to doctors on regular basis.
∎ Achieve sales target of the zone.
∎ Evaluate sales opportunities of the assigned region.
∎ Assist management in developing business strategies.
∎ To extend its marketing operation to a much wider region
∎ Develop and maintain constant relationship and networking with health related pharmacy
∎ Door to door communication with all Doctors & Chemist.
∎ Maintain good relation with doctors & chemist.
∎ Medical representative recruitment, training & development.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ At least 3-5 year(s) experience in Pharma Market.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Sr. Field Officer / Field Manager.
∎ Excellent communication skill.
∎ Currently working as Sr. Field Officer / Field Manager for more than 03 Years in Top Tier Pharmaceuticals Company in Bangladesh.
∎ Good communication skill in English both oral and written.
∎ The applicant should have knowledge about Credit Company.

Salary: Negotiable
