∎ Preferably in Science background from any recognized university with excellent academic record.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure min 5 field forces' sales per month.
∎ Achieve the monthly & yearly value sales target and product wise target.
∎ Monitor sales and collection of Field Officers to ensure continuous sales growth.
∎ Develop and maintain constant relationship with all doctors to increase prescription share.
∎ Develop & maintain relationship with all chemists to ensure business and product availability.
∎ Identify business opportunity & develop new business.
∎ Analyze sales & prescription and take corrective measure where it declines.
∎ Develop Field Officers to improve their skill.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Currently working as Field Manager (Area Manager) for more than 03 Years in Top Tier Pharmaceuticals Companies in Bangladesh.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sr. Field Officer / Field Manager.
∎ Excellent communication skill.
∎ The applicant should have knowledge about pharmaceuticals sales& marketing and team management.

Salary: Negotiable
