Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop marketing plan of assigned products.
∎ Formulate annual sales & expense budget.
∎ Prepare promotional plan & strategies on assigned products.
∎ Identify new business potential and effective launching of time demanded new molecules.
∎ Prepare & design promotional tools (detail aid) and package materials.
∎ Evaluate competitor’s activities and formulate counter strategies.
∎ Analyze Rx-sales performance to review marketing plan.
∎ Conduct monthly sales meeting/conference/CME.
∎ Conduct effective training to the field forces on assigned products.
∎ Frequent doctor and field visit for market development.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in Pharmaceutical Marketing
∎ Candidate should be career focused, pro-active, team player and well proficiency in computer literacy (MS Office)
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills in English and Bengali with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels in a multi-cultural environment
