Cement Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage inventory properly at allocated Ghat/ Depot to make sure that all stocks are kept in order as per standard
∎ Receive sales order from concern Department and Prepare loading schedule as per demand of customer through ERP software
∎ Ensure delivery as per sales order and allocated trucks as per volume of products
∎ Responsible for final delivery of all products after Quality checking of production
∎ Ensure loading, unloading of products and monitor labors as per delivery requirements
∎ Maintain petty cash and control the Ghat/depot expenses
∎ Provide Delivery Challan and Vat Challan for every shipment before the trucks leave the Ghat.
∎ Prepare reports on daily vehicle movement for efficient delivery performance
∎ Handle complaints, provide appropriate solution & alternatives
∎ Maintain & update daily delivered material register.

∎ Proven leadership, analytical and problem solving abilities
∎ Ability to work as a team under pressure with deadlines
