Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc. and MSc degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering is a must.
∎ Very good in both written and speaking English language.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Battery industry, Battery Servicing, Experienced in Battery Industry will get preference
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Battery, Storage cell

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor and assess the entire replacement process of the distributor.
∎ Shall submit all warranty claims monthly in an Excel summary file for all products & ensure that the warranty card must be filled out in an orderly manner, and it will be regarded as the final evidence during the replacement and claim settlement process.
∎ Check and verify all the warranty cards physically or may ask the distributor to provide evidence of the warranty card randomly.
∎ Verify all the warranty claims submitted on the warranty claim Excel file to check the battery bar code, date of installation, date of sale, and date of the return (in a prescribed format) & revert to the customer within 15 days of the customer filing.
∎ May inspect the batteries physically; thus, the distributor will preserve the claimed battery until it receives clearance from Company.
∎ Adjustment and settlement of the claim, as the battery needs checked for verification.
∎ Provide acceptance for approved claims for Marketing and Audit teams to complete the USD amount calculations which would need to be reimbursed to the customer.
∎ Review and prepare a root cause analysis report of all claims quarterly and present a report and CAP to the Company management to improve product quality and improve savings for Company.
∎ Processes warranty claims on timely basis for each franchise or distributor.
∎ Processes all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation.
∎ Reviews warranty administrator's claims and paperwork for completion.
∎ Processes warranty policies and procedures.
∎ Verifies criteria required by factory or distributed.
∎ Reconciles all warranty receivables with payments through the appropriate accounting schedule.
∎ Resubmits all rejected claims promptly or receives authorization to write them off.
∎ Follows up on payment of outstanding claims.
∎ Tracks warranty parts by tagging with repair order number, data of replacement, and data on which part may be disposed.
∎ Arranges for parts to be shipped to the factory or distribute, or to be scrapped.
∎ Files and maintains all service records as required by the manufacture.
∎ Keeps informed of all factory recalls and bulletins.
∎ Assists with any clerical needs as directed by the operations manager.
∎ Maintains a professional appearance and a neat work area.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in working with batteries and vehicle checking.
∎ Knowledge of battery technology, testing, and troubleshooting.
∎ Ability to use various tools and software for battery modeling, simulation, and analysis.
∎ Familiarity with international standards and regulations for battery safety and quality.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and stakeholders.
∎ Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
∎ Training clients and their technical staff on the proper operation and maintenance of battery systems. Providing technical assistance and support remotely or on-site to address customer queries or concerns.
∎ Document all activities, including installations, maintenance procedures, troubleshooting steps, and repair work. Preparing reports and providing regular updates to the management regarding technical issues, and customer feedback.
∎ Willingness to travel to different locations and work under different conditions.
