∎ Minimum Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in accounting & Finance.
∎ Professional training/certification on VAT from different institution will get extra advantages.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Job Location- Factory ( Kushtia & Tangail).
∎ Work at Factory office.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation, maintain & follow up forms like VAT-6.3, VAT-4.3, VAT-6.6 & other as required.
∎ Preparation, maintain & follow up of registers like VAT-6.1, VAT-6.2 & other as required.
∎ Prepare & Submit price declaration time to time. (Musk-4.3)
∎ Preparation & submission of monthly VAT return (VAT-9.1)
∎ Ensure necessary documentation on VAT related issues.
∎ Liaison and closely work with VAT regulators and solve the barriers relate to Company VAT aissues
∎ should have clear Knowledge over Customs Act, 1969.
∎ Keeping liaison with local VAT office & capable of handle them.
∎ Prepare & submit monthly VAT return.
∎ Should have clear knowledge about VDS..
∎ Maintain purchase register, Sales register, Musuk Challan, VAT returns and all other register as per VAT and SD Act, 12.
∎ Prepare and Submit Monthly VAT Returns through online in due time.
∎ Maintain VAT software as per Govt. Rules.
∎ Prepare and Submit 4.3 (Input-Output Co-efficient).
∎ Handling VAT Audit conducted by VAT Authorities and other Govt. Auditors.
∎ Preserve all documents as per Acts and Rules.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.

∎ Age at least 26 years

∎ VAT
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Group of Companies, Manufacturing Company, Food & Beverage company.
∎ Knowledge of VAT will be preferred.
∎ Excellent practical knowledge on VAT.
∎ Strong written and oral communication skills.
∎ Ability to work under presser.
∎ Effective interpersonal skills and relationship-building skills.
