∎ MBA/Masters in Accounting.
∎ CA-CC will get preference.
∎ Skills Required: ERP,Microsoft Excel,Microsoft PowerPoint,Microsoft Word,Tally Software.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make payments by verifying & preserving relevant documents and also ensuring entry in ERP system time to time.
∎
∎ Directly work with Top Management for Accounts & finance related issues.
∎ Ensure the payment to different Parties
∎ Ensure journal voucher posting in ERM software for different cost with proper Calculation and cancelled and refund files.
∎ Deposit money in Cash / cheque to bank.
∎ Prepare approval note / cheque for payment.
∎ Update and follow up receipt and payment activities.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly and monthly receipt payment and other financial statement.
∎ Maintain strong internal controls for cash collections and payments.
∎ Financial reporting - weekly, monthly, quarterly , half yearly ,yearly and as per requirement of management.
∎ Preparing all the vouchers (Debit, Credit, Journal, sales, Purchase etc.)
∎ Ledger reconciliations and report time to time to Management.
∎ Any other task given by the Supervisor and Top Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Manufactuaring Group of Companies.
∎ Good verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Self Motivated, Energetic & Hard-worker.
∎ Self-driven & willingness to work under pressure.
∎ Positive work attitude, sincerity and honesty.
∎ Confident and proactive.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
