∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ Minimum B.Sc in EEE or Mechanical Engineering from reputed institutions.
∎ MBA or PGD in Supply Chain Management or a relevant certification in Supply Chain/ Procurement (e.g., CSCP, CPSM, CPIM) will be added advantage.

∎ Supplier negotiation, cost comparison, and vendor management.
∎ Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Charts), PowerPoint (Presentation skills).
∎ Email communication and documentation management.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Source raw materials, spare parts, and equipment from local and international markets on a project basis.
∎ Identify and evaluate suppliers for quality, price, and reliability; coordinate sample testing and internal approvals.
∎ Prepare comparative statements (CS), issue POs, and manage procurement activities using SAP.
∎ Oversee complete import operations including LC, TT, LCA, and FOC documentation; maintain organized project files.
∎ Coordinate with banks, customs, insurance, and C&F agents to ensure timely clearance and delivery of goods.
∎ Ensure compliance with HS Codes, VAT, import duties, and relevant regulatory requirements.
∎ Verify received materials, manage insurance claims for damages/shortages, and follow up for settlement.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, engineering, finance, stores) to fulfill requirements and resolve issues.
∎ Prepare landed cost with the finance team, complete GRN in SAP, and ensure project closure.
∎ Manage vendor payment approvals and follow up with finance to ensure timely disbursement.
∎ Maintain supplier databases, track performance, and drive continuous process improvements.
∎ Support internal/external audits and generate regular MIS reports and dashboards.
∎ We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Senior Executive in Supply Chain to oversee the end-to-end procurement and import process of raw materials (such as solar panels, Inverters, Solar Cells, EVA, Tedlar, Ribbons, etc.), capital machinery, and accessories. This role demands excellent coordination with suppliers, logistics partners, customs authorities, and internal teams to ensure timely procurement, cost efficiency, and smooth delivery aligned with production needs. A solid understanding of international trade regulations, supply chain documentation, and SAP (MM Module) is essential.
