∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The job responsibilities are not limited but also included to:
∎ Regular maintain, update and monitor all types of store related activities and register, report/record by manual & software.
∎ To ensure proper maintenance and operation of the store like a safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch / proper deliveries.
∎ Monitor warehouse activities to ensure that goods are stored correctly and safely and warehouse space is used efficiently.
∎ Prepare daily, monthly and yearly statements of the Store/Warehouse.
∎ Maintain FIFO /LIFO for materials and products movements as/when required.
∎ Ensure store reconciliation timely & properly for smooth and effective functioning of the the store.
∎ Frame & implement policies and review time to time.
∎ Plan, monitor and control the inventory Management for recovery unwanted delay.
∎ Prepare various periodical report to forward to the concern.
∎ Prepare product requirement in collaboration with daily challan, Accounts Department, Warehouse and Production department.
∎ Maintain monthly requirement check, discussion with the relevant departments, planning and indent prepare as per standard procedures.
∎ To ensure the neat & tidy Warehouse and Production Unit.
∎ To check all voucher and requisition daily before through the concern.
∎ Sourcing & procurement of all materialist as per requirements and guideline of the Company.
∎ To responsible for to ensure the security & safety of the man, materials, product; equipment and vehicle.
∎ To take the necessary steps to control to reduce the product damage.
∎ Any other tasks as/when assign by the Authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Willing to work extend hour
