Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/Bachelor degree in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Crewing, manning agencies, shipping agency
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Source out competent officers and crews from different agency.
∎ Contact to the candidates and arrange interview.
∎ Arrange all the joining papers/formalities as per International Safety Management code
∎ Manage payroll administration for crews and parties.
∎ Arrange Certificate of Endorsement (COE) from the flag administration
∎ Online verification for the joining crews' documents
∎ Monitor all the sign on/off arrange reliever accordingly.
∎ Manage crew change activities for allocated vessels on a regular basis
∎ Prepare contractual agreement of joining officer and Crew.
∎ Assist in preparing all the paper works while joining and ship specific file to be maintained.
∎ Maintain the database record of all onboard officers and crews with their contractual agreement period.
∎ Maintain file with proper documentation for records and flag administration for audit purpose.
∎ Co-ordinate across the region use of manning agencies and pool of seafarers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidate must have experience in crewing & manning in shipping department/agency.
∎ Adequate knowledge of STCW, MLC Convention, ITF regulation
∎ Should have experience in Ship Personnel Department /Crewing
∎ Good command on writing and speaking in English
∎ Proficient in MS-Word, Excel, Power point and E-mail correspondences
∎ Sound interpersonal skills.
∎ Should have cross-functional working skill.
