Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering / Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) / B. Com /Diploma Engineering in Electrical/Refrigeration with 8 years in sales
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve sales target and bottom-line target of each product segment/class
∎ Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing and executing the sales plan.
∎ Liaison with consultants, architects, Govt. Institution, large private organization for new projects.
∎ Build and promote strong, long-lasting client relationships by collaborating with them and understanding their needs.
∎ Use marketing materials/sales campaigns in order to maximize sales
∎ Communicating effectively with engineering team to brief the client requirement, prepare the offer/proposal and submit the same
∎ Maintain customer relationships to preserve high customer satisfaction levels
∎ Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
∎ Supervise team and develop new channel for products & services.
∎ Be able to maintain good atmosphere in the office and with other marketing personals so as to enhance team building spirit.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2-3 years in Servo-Product sales (8 years for Diploma Engineers)
∎ Proven track record of sales
∎ Existing Clientele in Real Estate/Architect/ Government/ Builders/Hotel etc.
∎ Effective knowledge on sales process and sales channel.
∎ Computer skills (MS Office
∎ Frequent travel within and outside Dhaka.
∎ Must be a good team player.
∎ Good communication skill in both English & Bengali.
∎ Self-motivated and self- directed with strong leadership skills.
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 35000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile Allowance, P/S, F/B
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
