Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manufacturing product as per BMR/SOP.
∎ Follow GMP in area and /or online documentation and prepare monthly production schedule.
∎ Ensure timely completion of product process by manufacturing cGMP and record keeping all quality records up to date.
∎ Reduce product cycle time by 10%, improve the productivity by 15%, reduce the product complain by 15%, reduce the cost of production by 10%.
∎ Timely provide training to the sub-ordinate for SOP, cGMP, safety, critical process parameter, SOP preparation, implementation and revision as per superior's guideline to decrease batch defects.
∎ BMR checking & approval & daily, monthly & quarterly report preparation.
∎ Complete the SAP related work.
∎ Facility and equipment upkeep calibration and discipline.
