Educational Requirements:
∎ An ideal candidate should have B.Sc / M.Sc in Industrial, production Engineer (IPE) / Footwear Engineer from any reputed university,

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate will be responsible for making effective monthly Production plan/ Advance plan of the orders in consultation and coordination with Marketing and Merchandising, Production head, & Management team.
∎ Reviewing Production plan with capacity and strength along with ensuring timely shipment through strong production follow-up.
∎ Order status monitoring & regular schedule meeting with Merchandising & Production department for order planning & proper line allocation of the styles.
∎ Ensure the accurate & optimal capacity planning, while ensuring cost reduction & increased profitability.
∎ Always be updated on production status whether it is meeting the Production plan or not, if not then make a root cause analysis and give quick solution for a smooth operation.
∎ Highlight production anomalies & suggest for needful steps to concern management.
∎ Building relationship with Merchandising department & Production people (store, cutting, sewing & finishing) for smooth operation.
∎ Manage Production planning staff and scheduling of raw material to meet production schedules.
∎ Must be fluent in making of daily and monthly production planning spreadsheet.
∎ Coordinate different departments for working along with each other to ensure proper work according to proper planning.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ The applicants should have 5-7 (Five -Seven) years working experience in the Footwear industry.
∎ Vast knowledge on Cemented Sports / Synthetic Shoe manufacturing Process.
∎ Should be pleasant personality and should be smart and well groomed
∎ Should have advanced knowledge in MS Office & other computer applications
∎ Good analytical ability, good communication skill in English - both written & verbal are must.
