Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/ Masters in any discipline from any recognized university and minimum second class/ division or equivalent GPA/CGPA is desired in all academic examinations.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Counseling for New Membership, and updating Membership files.
∎ Providing various services for members, responding to member queries and resolves member complaints.
∎ Coordinate different event like international expo, road shows, roundtables, seminars, carrying market research and survey for identifying market potential for software industry.
∎ IT/ Software related TAX and VAT Counseling to the BASIS Members.
∎ Responding promptly to member inquiries and resolve member complaints.
∎ Perform membership verification through on-site visits and other methods.
∎ Collection, verification and prepare supporting documents for membership.
∎ Keep records of interactions with members and ensuring follow-ups.
∎ Communication with present and new members to notify them on membership & Member Services.
∎ Maintain member database and communicate and coordinate with different departments of BASIS Secretariat.
∎ Address the regular queries of members.
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in Customer Service will be given preference.
∎ Smart and well Groomed with pleasant personality.
∎ Working experience in any trade association will be an asset.
∎ Excellent communication skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Need to be good at MS office.
∎ Ability to meet deadlines, with frequent interruptions, to coordinate, negotiate and work under pressure as a team member.
∎ Must be able to work flexibly according to operational needs.

Salary: Negotiable
