Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Export/ Import through L/C

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement and review commercial strategic decisions on weekly, monthly and yearly basis in accordance with overall business mission and vision.
∎ Preparation of import documents for Bank, C&F, Customs and other bodies.
∎ Maintain Liaison with Bank, Shipping lines, C& F agents and others.
∎ Familiar to online booking submission on DAMCO, APL, Expo Freight and another top-class forwarder website.
∎ Regularly monitoring & tracking various stages of Import as well as payment follow-up.
∎ Strong communication skill with buyer, bank, Freight Forwarder, C&F agents & CFS personnel.
∎ Regularly monitoring import policy, Bangladesh Bank Guideline & related other issue.
∎ Ensure handing over relevant documents to Operations for transportation of goods and materials to and from ports
∎ Managing yearly Customs Audit claims independently.
∎ Perform any other tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Specializing in India and China imports will be added advantage.
∎ Candidates need to have 2/4 Years of Job Experience to handle Import Shipments. He needs to have the experience to submit IGM, DG Cargo handling, NAVY Permit, etc. Ability to do overseas correspondence.
∎ Ensure timely implementation of import with a high level of professionalism.
