Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform task as a Zonal Manager/ Coordinator
∎ Coordination of facilities management of respective zones for activities of assigned projects involving maintenance, safety, and security
∎ Coordinating with Bay Services Ltd. (BSL) management weekly on major issues pertaining to sites in assigned zones
∎ Staff management at sites of assigned zones
∎ Will be responsible for ensuring inter zonal coordination and conduct SWOT analysis
∎ Report to BSL Oversight Subcommittee for anomalies alongside HoD of BSL
∎ Ensuring periodic maintenance and incidental repair works of assigned projects
∎ Coordination with contracted vendors, suppliers, repair and maintenance providers to ensure timely and accurate service
∎ Implementation and follow up of all standard work processes, documentation, operation control checks, employee evaluations in coordination with the management
∎ Arrangement of various events related to the assigned project including organizing and coordinating departmental meetings, training session
∎ Preparing and reporting monthly status pertaining to finance required for maintaining departmental infrastructure and facilities
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Previous working experience in the real estate sector will be an added advantage
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skill (both written and verbal)
∎ Should be Hardworking
∎ Self-motivated
∎ Computer literacy is mandatory
∎ Skilled in General maintenance
∎ Ability to work under extreme pressure
∎ Sincere, energetic and dedicated to work
