∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cement Industry, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collate purchase orders and purchase requisitions in order to order materials, goods and supplies.
∎ Interact with the suppliers on a day to day basis
∎ Maintain the purchase policy and ensure that all purchases adhere to it
∎ Monitoring availability of stock, making appropriate arrangements to ensure on time deliveries
∎ Analyzing the vendor qualification and recommending selection
∎ Analyzing internal needs and providing recommendations
∎ Vendor assessment and ensure quality products with minimum price.
∎ Communicate with existing suppliers for price negotiation and continuous follow up
∎ Conducting technical and financial review of vendors' proposals.
∎ Maintain records of work orders, goods received and issued to factory store and concern department
∎ Ensure that any invoices are sent to accounts for payment.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Frequent Field visit & Market visits required.
∎ Have good negotiation & communications skill
∎ Having experience in purchase of mechanical, electrical and civil goods

Salary: Negotiable
