∎ From 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM every Saturday to Thursday
Job Responsibilities:
∎ For Ocean Export Shipment:
∎ Follow up whether concern team personnel is ensuring operational service to the customer
∎ Monitor if IGM/EGM is prepared & submitted to ASYCUDA systems properly
∎ Develop relationship with the carrier for better rate and service
∎ Maintain inter personal relationship among the employees
∎ Explore new business opportunity from the existing customer
∎ Check BL surrender status
∎ Check IGM/EGM amendment from Customs Authority if need
∎ Monitoring Export/Import operation on CPA & Off Dock
∎ Follow-up if concern personnel is preparing and sending arrival Notice to the consignee accordingly
∎ Follow-up with carrier till on board & send sailing advice to customer
∎ Review if shipment advised are prepared properly and issuing Shipping Order accurately
∎ Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management will be treated as a duty.
∎ Check and verify container as per SOP prior to load.
∎ Co-ordination with respective team and CFS team.
∎ Make daily update CFS status and upcoming shipments / booking.
∎ For Air Export Shipment:
∎ Follow-up with the concern employee whether they are preparing shipment for export and planning properly
∎ Check the calculation of determining cargo chargeable weight.
∎ Verify booking with the shipper
∎ Review the Preparation of airway bill.
∎ Check with Transportation to terminal warehouse operator.
∎ Check if Customer clearance is made properly
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Ocean & Air Export Department in Freight Forwarding Sector
∎ Smooth in English in writing and speaking
∎ Need expert in Ocean and Air Export operational work
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Good command on Microsoft Office and Excel
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
