∎ We are looking for Customer service Executives to assist our CS team.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Facebook/Youtube/ Instagram page maintain
∎ Manage large number of incoming queries and handle customer's inquiries via phone, email, social media and walk in customers.
∎ Good knowledge on graphics design (Photoshop & Illustrator), Social media Ads design.
∎ Ensuring customer satisfaction, providing appropriate solution and alternatives within the stipulated time and follow up to ensure resolution.
∎ Strong coordination with other departments within the business to assure excellent service quality.
∎ Prepare and Provide Daily/weekly/monthly service-related report.
∎ Handle social media queries.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Educational qualification will be flexible in case of experienced person.
∎ The applicants should have in customer support and call center experience.
∎ Good command in English & Bangla; both spoken and written.
∎ Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Should be self-motivated, dynamic and dependable team player.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Depending on candidate`s education, experience, skills and interview performance.
