∎ We are looking for some skilled, professional & well experienced person of Call Centre from reputed organization.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Need to provide excellent customer service and give precise information to the customers, ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Need to handle customer calls.
∎ Taking feedback from customers about service
∎ Process property request/query in a timely and comprehensive manner to ensure customer satisfaction with Inbound and Outbound calling.
∎ Resolve all customer queries and follow established problem ticket recording procedures as appropriate.
∎ Control telephone switchboard to answer, screen, or forward calls, providing information, taking messages, or scheduling appointments.
∎ Endow with information about company, such as location of Doctors chamber, departments or offices, employees within the organization, or services provided.
∎ Answering telephone calls and dealing with face to face enquiries.
∎ Dealing with all requests in an efficient and courteous manner.
∎ Scheduling appointments for patients.
∎ Making sure that the appointments system runs smoothly.
∎ Accurately collecting information and personal details about patients.
∎ Arranging any necessary follow up appointments for patients with hospitals or with other healthcare professionals.
∎ Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management will be treated as a duty.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should be proactive, innovative, dedicated and hard working.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skill.
∎ Good command in communication skills both written and oral in Bengali and English.
∎ Must have very good command in MS Office applications.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within the deadline.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
