∎ Training/Trade Course: Must have basic computer knowledge (Specially MS Excel) English Language proficiency.
∎ Skills Required: CRM Software, Fluent in speaking English, Fluent in written and spoken Bengali-English., MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Service, Customer Support through Phone, Customer Support/ Client Service, Face-to-Face Customer Support, Guest Relations/ Services, Receptionist/ Front Desk, Tele Marketing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish and maintain relationship with the customers and their key personnel
∎ Creating and forwarding sales leads to the sales team and following up on progress until it is materialized
∎ Convey products and solution information to the customers and keep them updated always
∎ Carrying out client satisfaction surveys & reviews and liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively
