∎ Age 28 to 35 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Handle all customer queries, complaints, and service requests related to projects.
∎ Ensure timely and effective communication with clients regarding project updates, handovers, payments, and legal documentation.
∎ Maintain excellent customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
∎ Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Design, E & C, Accounts) to resolve client issues efficiently.
∎ Prepare and maintain client service reports and records. Manage post-sale support and ensure smooth handover processes.
∎ Assist in organizing client meetings, events, and communication programs as needed.
∎ Proper knowledge in modification work and optional modification costing. Deep knowledge in presentation drawing, Plumbing & Electrical drawing.
∎ Prepare  the optional modification costing & payment collection.
∎ Project visit at regular basis.
∎ Meeting with clients and making selection list of CP Fittings, Sanitary Wares, Tiles etc.
∎ Quality Assurance of ongoing and completed projects and follow-up.
∎ Prepare financial statements, costing, and verification.
∎ Prepare final bill for the apartment handover and take initiative to collect all kind of dues from land owner and clients.
∎ Arrange project demonstration program, Pre-Handover program & Final Handover program.
∎ Any other task assigned by the supervisor related to role.
