Job Context:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise luxurious & regular residential projects, total activities of the structural work as per drawing, quality of work as per standard.
∎ Lead the team of Engineers, Supervisors & Technically Supporting Staff independently.
∎ Planning for proper signs of progress of the projects, monitoring the project progresses, and taking action plans depending upon the needs.
∎ Monitor the specification of all materials and equipment as per the project standard and BOQ.
∎ Monitor and supervise the activities of PE, DPE, APE, APC & PC according to site Program/ Schedule.
∎ Maintain inter-departmental coordination with all other departments and lead the construction works smoothly and timely.
∎ Maintain and comply with standard operating procedures at all phases of construction works up to the handover of projects, successfully and efficiently.
∎ Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.
∎ Confers with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority.
∎ Coordinate with all the levels of management and contractors for progress, construction schedule, and maintenance of the specification.
∎ To certify all running and final bills of contractors.
∎ Prepares project reports for Management.
∎ Any other activities as and when required by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 36 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Need sound knowledge about computer applications.
∎ He should have a very pleasant personality with excellent communication skills both in Bengali & English.
∎ Capable to serve under pressure.
∎ Must be hard working with a fervent attitude.
