Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in EEE
∎ Graduate from any discipline/ B.Sc in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering.
∎ Candidates with general academic background with relevant work experience and significant hands on skill on MS Office, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator are highly encouraged to apply.
∎ Experience in sourcing and supply chain activities will be a plus.

∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Customer engagement and correspondence
∎ Regular visit to BPDB regarding Pre/Post- tender issues.
∎ Maintaining regular correspondences with BPDB (Purchase, Design, Accounts, Training, Projects) for Post tender issues.
∎ Visit Power Plants for business development.
∎ Coordination with Bank for ensuring smooth flow of documentation and bill realization.
∎ Visit and liaison with Ministry to ensure flow of approvals within deadline.
∎ Regular communication with C&M BPDB for Port release issues.
∎ Sourcing
∎ Assist in Sourcing (both foreign and local).
∎ Visit/Meetings with local suppliers for sourcing local products required for tenders.
∎ Partner management & Product development
∎ Regular communication with project partners for product sourcing and supply issues related to tender.
∎ Prepare formats and documents for partner for use during tender submission purposes.
∎ Tender preparation for govt. power utilities.
∎ Manage all related documentations
∎ International Tender Database
∎ Business Progress Report
∎ Sourcing Database
∎ Sales Funnel
∎ Correspondence database
∎ Coordinate with other internal cross functional teams.
∎ Prepare regular task update and attend weekly team meetings.
∎ Regular reporting to higher management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
