Job Responsibilities:
∎ Designs develop and test a quick solution for mechanical components, equipment, and machinery problems.
∎ Construction Project mechanical Department management, Construction equipment like Excavator, Wheel Loader, Bulldozer, Motor Grader, All types of Roller, All types of Crane, Transit Mixture, Dump Truck, Water Tanker, Back Hoe Loader, Paver Machine, Concrete Pump, Concrete Boom Pump, Tractor, Bitumen Distributor, Batching Plant, Asphalt plant, Generator, All Light-Vehicle Maintenance, Apply knowledge of engineering principles in the fabrication, operation, application, installation, and/or repair of mechanical products for effective utilization in respective projects.
∎ Develop a system to reduce the breakdown of Equipment and Machinery for continuous smooth operations.
∎ Provide prompt support to the client (Project) and facilitate the same. Prepare SOPs and maintain the same for the day-to-day operation to achieve goals systematically and smoothly.
∎ Generate various types of reports as desired by the Management to have a deeper understanding of the analysis of data, objectives, and issues.
∎ Assist Departmental Head to realize the Organizational Goal to outline the expected outcomes and guide employee’s efforts.
∎ Monitor and Maintain the Store to avoid Overstock and Understock to ensure systematic Store Management.
∎ Monitor and Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and procedures at Workplace.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Highly motivated and self-directed capable of multi-tasking, and able to work with minimal supervision.
∎ Ability to converse and collaborate with multiple departments spanning multiple disciplines.
∎ Working knowledge of risk analysis and relevant legislative compliance.
Salary: Tk. 40000 - 65000 (Monthly)
