Educational Requirements:
∎ An ideal candidate should have Graduation or Master degree from any recognized university.
∎ Candidate having PGD in HRM/ Diploma in Compliance will get Preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Taking full responsibility of factory Compliance issues.
∎ Support and execute factory readiness for compliance audits and work towards sustaining it.
∎ Handling all types of Social / Environment / Technical / Fire & Safety/ Chemical Safety / Building & Electrical Safety/ BSCI / SEDEX / WARAP / C-TPAT and others certifications audit.
∎ Conduct all kinds of Internal Audit as per Code of Conduct to meet compliance and identify improvement area accordingly on regular basis against the NC and follow up the same by taking corrective action.
∎ Implement firefighting awareness program to ensure employee/ building safety in compliance with Accord & Alliance Standard/ labor law
∎ Conduct training sessions regarding compliance issues as per yearly training calendar to meet the criteria of buyer/ statuary requirement
∎ Monitor and maintain standard safety practices in factory.
∎ Facilitate employee engagement / awareness/ training programs /Welfare as per company guidelines.
∎ Extensively work on Non Compliance (NC) Issues which are being identified at internal/external audit in order to close the NC within the deadline by allocation proper adequate to meet the deadline.
∎ Monitor factory Safety activities to detect Safety and immediately take appropriate action.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ The applicants should have 4-5 (Four -Five) years working experience in Compliance in a reputed production oriented organization
∎ Should be a self-starter and proactive.
∎ Excellent communication skill both in English & Bangla.
∎ Familiar with computer usage.
∎ Good problem solving skills.
