Additional Requirements:
∎ ●      Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
∎ ●      Previous experience of working in the telecommunications sector, specifically with GP, Banglalink, or Robi (2-3 Years)
∎ ●      Strong understanding of distributor incentive mechanisms and KPIs within the telco industry
∎ ●      Proven ability to drive incentive achievements through collaboration and strategic alignment with field teams
∎ ●      Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to performance management
∎ ●      Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate field teams

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Drive the achievement of all KPI-based distributor incentives by aligning with the field team and setting clear targets.
∎ Monitor monthly offer amounts and track progress against these targets, ensuring that all Distribution Points meet or exceed the required thresholds.
∎ Collaborate with field team to develop action plans that optimize incentive fulfilment and maximize rewards.
∎ Collect and analyze data related to distributor incentive performance, identifying trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.
∎ Prepare reports that provide insights into incentive fulfilment progress and highlight key areas for strategic focus.
∎ Use data-driven insights to recommend adjustments to incentive strategies and drive optimal outcomes.
∎ Drive the field teams to achieve 100% performance in campaigns given by the anchors, ensuring all targets are met across both FMCG and telco sectors.
∎ Identify and implement best practices in campaign management, leveraging insights from past campaigns to optimize future efforts.
∎ Foster a culture of performance excellence within the teams, motivating them to consistently meet or exceed campaign expectations.
∎ Communicate incentive goals, strategies, and progress updates to the field team, ensuring clear understanding and alignment.
∎ Provide support and guidance to the field team in executing initiatives that contribute to incentive achievements.
∎ Regularly review field performance and provide actionable feedback to drive continuous improvement and achieve 100% incentive fulfilment.
