∎ MBBS from a reputed medical college.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Gather clinical insights/needs/feedbacks from top KOLs/customers in country and communicate to internal stakeholders and Global teams.
∎ Collaborate with country marketing colleagues to support integrated brand strategy aligned with global strategy.
∎ Participate in creating, reviewing, and approving promotional and non-promotional materials tailored to the needs of the product and according to P3 and local regulations.
∎ Execute all medical initiatives/activities leveraging the Omni-channels (Digital & F2F) platforms to maximize the customer reach and impact.
∎ Develop and provide product & disease presentation/ training to internal & external customers that are aligned with global & local strategies.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3-5 years experience in Pharmaceutical Medical Affairs activities.
∎ Thorough understanding of pharma medical strategy, business and dynamics.
∎ Expertise/Skills in Digital interactions/content creation to adapt the new normal world.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills and good communication skills in both Bengali and English.
∎ High integrity and ethical standards.
∎ Willing to travel extensively throughout the country.
