∎ We are looking for an experienced, energetic and dynamic individual to manage the construction audit and shape a vision in line with the established policies, principles and operating practice of the Group:
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan a full audit program & conduct opening meeting for construction projects
∎ Prepare checklist according to scope and risk area
∎ Execute field work and analyses of data
∎ Plot findings and related supporting in a reportable manner
∎ Conduct exit meeting & release the report to line manager for review
∎ Modification & Upgradation of Inventory System for construction and engineering materials.
∎ Improvement in Record Keeping at project implementation level,
∎ Construction Fixed Asset process improvement at whole group
∎ Reduce unnecessary labor engagement and control overhead expenses
∎ Project schedule acceleration
∎ Excess material consumption control
∎ Justify all contractor payment
∎ Review rates, contract & purchases
∎ Ensure quality of construction works & material
∎ Any other assignment given by management time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 2/3 years' practical work experience in audit of real estate / construction project
