Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor / Masters/. / MBA in Marketing Degree from any public / private University. ? Doctor of Veterinary Medicine / B.S c in Animal Husbandry from any Agricultural University

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable & diplomatic in managing 30+ dealers throughout the country plus institutional customers.
∎ Execute target distribution by territory, ensure distribution depth, follow up target v/s achievement & provide feedback.
∎ Plan and implement an effective sales drives that ensure monthly sales and revenue target Co-ordinate sales action plans for individual sales people and oversee the activities and performance of the sales team and resolve customer complaints regarding sales
∎ To take responsibility to achieve targets both-in Sales and Collection
∎ Prepare sales reports as per guideline of the department and maintain inventory control
∎ Facilitate management team to review and evaluate business performance in business review meeting.
∎ Manage all sales communication and requirements through effective management of the marketing function.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cattle Feed Managing dealers will require a lot of travelling throughout the country.
