Job Context:
∎ Saic Group contributes their effort on a large scale in the education sector in whole Bangladesh. The Sr. Executive - Admin is responsible for providing all the administrative support for the Saic Group.
∎ Saic Group, is looking for a dynamic, energetic and experienced "Sr. Executive - Admin" to follow up all aspects of administrative practices and processes within the organization
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implementing Administrative strategies and initiatives aligned with the organization culture.
∎ Develop initiatives to nurture a positive working environment, and reduce absenteeism & turnover through close monitoring, counseling, and bridging management-employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and discipline & performance issues.
∎ Prepare meeting minutes and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and documents.
∎ Developing and monitoring operation budgets relating to Administration within the department, and expenditures for entire administrative operations in a cost-effective manner.
∎ Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative policies, procedures, and best practices. Continuously identify areas for improvement and implement streamlined processes
∎ Prepare different types of office notices, meeting minutes and letters.
∎ Maintain official deeds & handle legal and regulatory affairs.
∎ Manage payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc.)
∎ Provide day to day administration and general services to all the departments relating to logistics, office administration, housekeeping, office maintenance, and utilities.
∎ Implement & Develop of the effective management strategies, leading the team to create good working environment enabling everyone to work with effort & Co-operation.
∎ Following up safety issues inside Head office and all sister concern of Saic Group
∎ Ensure on time renewal the required licenses, contract, certificate etc.
∎ Responsible for ensuring healthy work place, hygiene & environment.
∎ Handling Disciplinary & Grievance, employee relation issues as per organizational rules
∎ To give observation based on footage of CCTV (Surveillance System) in consideration of safety & security.
∎ Arrange and organize refreshments for visitors and take lead in events hosted by the organization.
∎ Continues follow-up HR & Admin activities with all the Department and ensure in-time support, coordination, and communication with the employees.
∎ Perform any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 5-7 years proven experience in admin department of any reputed educational institute
∎ Must be fluent in English
∎ Excellent communication and co-ordination skill
∎ Ability to drafting both English and Bangla
∎ Ability to work on tight schedule and must be able to meet the deadlines.
∎ Knowledge of core Admin & HR, Logistics Support, Customer service, negotiation and organizing programs
∎ Strong knowledge of modern office collaboration technologies like, Outlook, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
∎ Ability to critically reason, analyze, and drive the initiative towards result.
∎ Ability to prioritize tasks and to deliver them diligently.
∎ Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
Salary: Negotiable
