∎ Job Location: Baridhara Diplomatic Zone, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain petty cash, cash book, ledger book, all records and registers, bill & voucher posting to Tally Software.
∎ Check all sorts of requisitions, delivery challans, Bills, vouchers.
∎ Conducting banking related tasks, Bank account operate and maintain all bank transactions.
∎ Preparing monthly financial statements; various MIS report
∎ VAT & Tax management/submission/follow-up
∎ Preparation of fixed asset register
∎ Monthly salary disbursement
∎ Preparing cash flow forecast
∎ Monthly reporting to the head office
∎ Assists to the Manager-Internal Sales as a member of a cohesive team works for commercial related tasks.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidate should be proficient in communicating in English both oral and written.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office program. Comfortable with using online based applications and software for different financial management and documentation purposes.
