Job Context:
∎ Applicants must have 5 years field level experience in multinational projects. Those who never worked in field level, need not to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify and quantify cost factors, such as production time, materials, and labor expenses
∎ Read blueprints and technical documents in order to prepare estimates
∎ Evaluate a product’s cost-effectiveness or profitability
∎ Preparation of daily work program for various vendors and supplier bill
∎ Engage in material related market survey and update records as needed
∎ Evaluates offers to purchase by costing changes, additions, and site requirements
∎ Maintains cost keys and price masters by updating information
∎ Preparing, negotiating and analyzing costs for tenders and contracts
∎ Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities
∎ Preparing and monitoring detailed BOQ and make necessary changes
∎ Preparing regular cost reports, including out-turn cost and cash flow
∎ Prepare cost analysis based on the architectural drawings, engineering estimates, materials required and labor involved
∎ Prepare cost plans to enable design teams to produce practical designs for construction
∎ Control all stages of projects within predetermined budget and expenditure
∎ Work as part of a team to ensure that the requirements of the client are delivered
∎ Valuing completed work and arranging for payments
∎ Develop and maintain working relationships with contractors and subcontractors
∎ Analyze completed projects to determine ROI and compare costs
∎ Preparing tender pricing documents
∎ Estimating the cost of variations
∎ Select and source construction materials
∎ Measure and value the work done on site
∎ Provide advice on contractual claims
∎ Advise on a procurement strategy

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge of project contract***
∎ Should be able to breakdown project risks***
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) both in English
∎ Strong aptitude for numbers, spreadsheets, and financial reports
∎ An ability to learn sophisticated design and costing
∎ Able to understand design, drawing and contract
∎ Should be able to write clear and precise reports
∎ Detailed knowledge of past and current building and construction technology, processes, materials, business and legal matters.
∎ In-depth understanding of construction, materials, pricing, and industry
