∎ Must have DG generator/ Compressor/Lift sales experience
∎ Ability to lead private and project sales with proper coordination and competency
∎ Technical knowhow of engineering products
∎ Adequate market information
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skill
∎ Full mobility to travel
∎ Must be a team player and willing to work in a challenging environment

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Query generation, technical meetings with concerned persons, price negotiation, ensure timely delivery, handing over products as per the agreement.
∎ Target oriented with Power & Energy Division’s product line i.e. Generator, Compressor and Lift
∎ Work on Govt. projects and private sales and complete the projects on time
∎ Ensure pre-sales and after sales technical support to customers
∎ Support related departments like SCM, Service, Accounts etc. and ensure proper teamwork.
∎ Prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure repeated sales
∎ Market research and continuous development
∎ Prepare a strategic business plan for the project sales
∎ Closely monitor competitor’s movement and strategy
∎ Report to business head and line Manager, track records and ensure proper documentations.
