Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for generator parts by nurturing existing accounts and source new clients across target markets.
∎ Achieve annual sales targets for generator parts, aligned with the company's overall business budget.
∎ Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand customer requirements, provide effective solutions, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
∎ Maintain comprehensive knowledge of generator parts, including specifications, compatibility, and performance advantages, to support and guide customers effectively.
∎ Monitor and report stock levels regularly, ensuring timely communication with supervisors and relevant personnel to maintain optimal inventory.
∎ Demonstrate enthusiasm and initiative in driving sales growth and ensuring timely clearance of payments, including DTS/VTS transactions.
∎ Participate in the 24/7 call-out service, as the company offers round-the-clock support; the selected candidate must be willing to be part of the call-out roster.
∎ Actively build a professional network with customers and internal stakeholders to foster collaboration and long-term business relationships.
