∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Electrical Engineering, Maintenance, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Livestock, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Poultry
Job Context:
∎ Workstation:
∎ 1) Ashulia, Savar, Dhaka
∎ 2) Gazipur
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise the full operation system and maintenance of the factory.
∎ Maintain all kind of preventive & regular maintenance.
∎ Troubleshoot, repair and maintain all plant mechanical equipment.
∎ Ensure efficiency and quality production.
∎ Spare parts monitoring for proper operation.
∎ SOP preparation and implementation.
∎ Cooperation with all relevant departments to ease operational activities.
∎ Prepare various reports.
∎ Any other assignment given by superiors.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 34 to 46 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have good composing speed in Bengali and English (Word, XL, PowerPoint, etc).
∎ Must be capable in communication in English & Bengali both in verbally and in writing.
∎ Should be energetic and polite in manner with positive personality.
∎ Must be efficient in net browsing.
∎ Excellent communication & coordination skills.
∎ Flexible and mature approach with ability to work unsupervised.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Attractive salary package will be offered for suitable candidate. Initially, salary will be increased after successful completion of 6 months probation period.
