∎ Skills Required: Budgeting Cost Estimation, Drafting, Interior Design

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Drafting, Estimating, Project Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Developer, Interior Design

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in Evaluation and Solution of Potential Field Problems, referring them to Departmental Head /Project Architect.
∎ Coordination with Departmental Head/Project Architect of Head Office and other Relevant Departments.
∎ Planning and Preparation of Work Timeline/Schedule.
∎ Supervision of all Structural and Finishing Works.
∎ Preparation of BOQ and Materials requisition.
∎ Monitoring Materials Consumption, Stock and Delivery Status.
∎ Preparing and Checking of Labor & Contractor's Bill.
∎ Perform other Tasks Assigned by the Company.

∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate Must have Experience in Supervising Interior Projects Independently.
∎ Must have a Clear Concept Regarding the AUTO CAD Drawing, Design & Specifications.
∎ Clear Concept on Interior Decoration Materials and its Sourcing.
∎ Strong Interpersonal Skills and the Ability to work effectively with others and on Teams.

Salary: Negotiable
