Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering (Public university preferable)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing capacity of construction projects
∎ Overseeing factory building construction works
∎ Undertaking surveys
∎ Setting out sites
∎ Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly
∎ Supervising contracted staff
∎ Ensuring project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets and/or timescales
∎ Liaising with contractors and other professional staff, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project manager
∎ Providing technical advice and solving problems on site
∎ Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork
∎ ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to

Additional Requirements:
∎ 15 years experience for Sr. Civil Engineer & 5 years experience for Jr. Civil Engineer
∎ Sound knowledge of Engineering software particularly in Computer Aided Design Auto CAD, ETABS, STAAD.Pro and Ms. Excel is a definite perquisite for the post
∎ Membership of IEB is must
∎ Should have good communication skill
