Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinating, implementing & monitoring the proper progresses of the projects and taking action plans depending upon the needs.
∎ Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards.
∎ Conduct studies of traffic patterns or environmental conditions to identify engineering problems and assess the potential impact of projects.
∎ Conduct Real Estate Housing projects of building and manage the budget and estimate costs.
∎ Determine the necessary equipment, materials, and manpower needed.
∎ Collect, monitoring data and photographs, analyze data and prepare project reports on assigned project activities.
∎ Keep track of inventory, tools and equipment and Prepare reports regarding construction status.
∎ Train and mentor construction workers and construction laborers depending on the size of the project.
∎ Keep all stakeholders aware of the progress on projects and prepare progress reports regularly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should be able to manage high quality Residential/Commercial/Condominium building construction works.
∎ Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals etc.
∎ Project management and supervision skills.
∎ License of professional engineer.
∎ Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a high level of accuracy in calculations and design.
∎ Proficiency in oral and written communication in English and Bangla.
