∎ In context, we are looking for a suitable candidate for the Backend Developer role to manage and contribute to the development of our technology platforms. The recruit will have to contribute directly in managing our VTS Customer Portal, Internal Controller System, API integrations, New feature deployment and related tasks along with other developers and product teams to ensure the development of our product goals and contribute in ruthless innovation to help us lead the market.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ This position will be a part of the Backend Development segment of our technology team. Responsibilities will be:
∎ Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server side logic
∎ Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code
∎ Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications
∎ Implementation of security and data protection
∎ Integration of data storage solutions
∎ Consistently ship small features and improvements with minimal guidance and support from other team members. Collaborate with the team on larger projects.
∎ You'll fix prioritized issues from the issue tracker. These are typically bugs listed in a GitLab issue with an attached severity and priority label.
∎ Creating and updating Documentations and Logs
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3+ years proven work experience at any IT enabled service company
∎ Understanding of distributed systems
∎ Understanding of any SQL Database: MySQL, PostgreSQL
∎ Very good command over writing optimized SQL Queries and understanding of designing smart database relations.
∎ Need to have extensive experience with raw php and similar frameworks.
∎ Good understanding of server-side languages : bash, ssh management
∎ Understanding accessibility and security compliant along with user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
∎ Comfort working in a highly agile, intensely iterative software development process
∎ Positive and solution-oriented mindset
∎ Ability to use GitLab

∎ Experience with JavaScript Frameworks (Node/Vue/React)
∎ Working Knowledge of Firebase
Salary:
∎ Tk. 54000 - 60000 (Monthly)
∎ Higher paycheck we can offer depends on experience.
